Missing Contract and Legal Department dont respond

Contract was opened in 2011 with MTN for a Data Bundle contract of which I signed to pay a monthly amount of R149 for 24 months and receive 4 gigabytes data monthly. My first Debit order went off on 29 July 2011.
Every monthly Debit order was R149.00p/m and statements are e-mailed monthly.
On 24/06/2013 I Received Invoice via e-mail from MTN as I do every month. Invoice amount was R389. Contacted MTN on numerous occasions to request them to send me copy of my contract, and even went to the branch I opened my contract at and no one can find my contract! When requesting to speak to a supervisor I was actually told that there isn't anyone I can speak to!
23/07/2013 My Legal adviser e-mailed and posted a 'FINAL DEMAND LETTER' to MTN Legal Department as regulations pertaining to 'Consumer Protection Act' were not followed. MTN Legal Department's response was not in co-ordinance with letter. Attorney responded and we received no response thereafter. MTN Debited my account with R389 and I had not received data. After cancellation, Mtn debited my account again. MTN has done an amendment to their Policy in order for it to comply with the 'New Credit Act' but does not apply it in practise.
