Not verifying sale from Elite Mobile

Just over a month ago Elite Mobile contacted me with regards to an offer on a Netbook. I provisionally accepted the offer but after discussing this with my partner I decided to cancel the order the next day both via telephone (Elite Mobile's call center) and email (Elite Mobile's website). The call center agent tried to convince me to accept another offer on a different device which I in no way/shape/form accepted. On Friday the 27th September 2013 RAM delivered a K4305 USB Modem to my office. My PA signed for it in my absence. I called Elite Mobile on Saturday the 28th September 2013 to cancel the contract & collect the device. I would first like proof that this contract has been cancelled on Vodacom's side as well and that my account WILL NOT be debited for any amounts pertaining to this contract. In addition I would like to lay a complaint as Elite Mobile assured me in our original discussion that I would receive a call from Vodacom as a security check verifying my order which never took place.
