Mislead, cannot get contract cancelled

I was called by a consultant who had all my Vodacom/personal/debit order details mid November. I thought I was dealing with Vodacom. The incorrect phone was delivered and was immediately collected by Elite Mobile on 27 November 2013..

I have tried repeatedly to talk and resolve the cancellation of the contact by phoning and emailing Elite Mobil. Elite Mobile was instructed to cancel the contract and that the original contact with Vodacom to be put back in place. But this has not been done. I have been calling both Elite mobile and Vodacom. Vodacom say the cannot redo a contact and issue me with a phone until they get instructions from Elite Mobile. But Elite Mobile keep saying they have a backlog!!! 6 weeks??? but they have been able to send me a bill which the debit order went off. I am now paying for a phone that I do not have!

I need this cancelled immediatley and have it confirmed with myself anf Vodacom. I have been patient long enough. It is ridiculous that it takes 6 weeks to cancel a contract but one day to put it in place.
