Cheap because they are rubbish!

After being with Telkom for 2years I decided to transfer my line and data to afrihost. My line was stable @ 6megs but every 2 weeks I have to phone them because the speed is so slow that I cannot even browse the internet. I would be better off with 56K dial up!!

I am tired of holding on for a support consultant and tired of this bad service. you pay for you what you get and clearly afrihost is cheaper than Telkom because your service is rubbish!!! I'm getting 0.32mbps out of my 6meg line!!! In the 2 years that I was with Telkom, I did not have to call them once. their service always worked. WHY IS THERE ALWAYS PROBLEMS WITH MY LINE SINCE I SWITCHED TO AFRIHOST???
