I was contacted during last month with regards to a Top Up 49 Vodacom contract - converting my PREPAID to a TOP UP 49. Yesterday at 21:00 my Blackberry service (BIS) was switched off by Elite Mobile. When the lady from ELite mobile contacted me, she said NOTHING about switching my BIS off if I convert to a TOP UP 49. I called Vodacom and they couldn't help me. I had no contact details for ELITE MOBILE and after a huge struggle, I got hold of a man from Elite Mobile. They deducted the money from my bank account and now he tells me that my BIS will only be activated on 1 October 2013. That's a month away. I told him that I need my BIS working today as I am using my Blackberry for my business and the BIS to contact my clients. Now I am losing business due to ELITE MOBILE not switching my BIS on. I am furious!!! I am losing money because of Elite Mobile and the people at client services is doing nothing to solve my problem. He keeps telling me that my BIS will be working on 1 October and this after they debited my account the end of August already. I wasn't informed of anything.
