BEING BILLED AFTER CANCELLATION OF PRODUCT

Around August 2012, I was contacted by Elite Mobile promoting their tablets. Because I was about to renew my cellphone contract, I agreed to order one. On receipt of the tablet I discovered it was not what I had expected and immediately called to cancel. Elite Mobile promised to collect the item and did not, I then followed up twice thereafter, where they promised to collect the item, but did not. Elite Mobile deducted subscription from my bank account at end October and November. I then went to Vodacom Care Centre in Canal Walk and reported my case to a consultant, who called Elite Mobile on my behalf and again they promised to collect the instrument, the consultant advised that I cancel my debit order to prevent payment being deducted from Vodacom (Elite Mobile) again. To date Elite Mobile have not collected the instrument or refunded me, and now I am receiving messages to say that I am in arrears with my account, but in the meantime they (Elite Mobile/Vodacom) needs to refund me for the 2 months which they have deducted from my account. Please HELP, I am very, very frustrated because I cant seem to get to the "right person". I will appreciate a speedy resolve to my request.
