Elite Mobile wont cancel order after 1 yea

This is a follow on to https:///elite-mobile/complaints/lying-about-the-contract-you-are-offering-me-830050 which I posted last year. What happened then was that Elite Mobile offered me a non-existant contract. I then asked them to cancel it.
Last week, I wanted to take out a contract with Vodacom. When I went into one of the Vodacom branded stores, I was told that the order cannot be loaded because an existing order from Elite Mobile is still active, after 1 year!
I called in to Elite Mobile on 086 11 03 195. A call centre agent, Calvin, said that the order was still in the system, but he will send a request to have the order removed. After a few days, I called in back again, and the later told me she will follow up with Calvin call me back.

After two weeks, I still cannot take out a new contract because Elite Mobile still has not removed a year old old cancelled order.
