Delivered an unaccepted orde

More than a month ago Elite Mobile contacted me with regards to an offer on a Netbook. I provisionally accepted the offer but after some discussing this with my partner I cancelled the order the next day both via telephone (through the call center) and email (through their website). The call center agent tried to get me to accept an offer on another kind of device which I declined. On Friday the 27th September 2013 RAM delivered a K4305 USB Modem to my office. My PA signed for it in my absence. I called Elite Mobile on Saturday the 28th September 2013 to cancel the contract. I would firstly like proof that the contract has been cancelled and secondly I would like to lay a complaint against whoever the call center agent was that issued this as a sale (I don't remember her name but as your calls are recorded I am sure you can trace it).
