Elite Mobile not listening to my stipulations

I was contacted telephonically my Elite Mobile to upgrade my existing Data Contract, the new included a Netbook and 3G modem. I said I would accept if my existing Data Contract had expired. The Sales consultant sheard me say ths a few times. The Netbook and 2 x 3G Modems were delivered. It took me days to get hold of Elite Mobile to tell them to pick-up the extra Modem -not part of contract. Eventaully they picked the modem up. I then received a debit off my account fro my existing Data Contract and 2 x New Contracts. I was livid and reversed the debit. I phoned Vodacom and they said my existing Contract had 3 months still to go. I cancelled that one in advance right there! Vodacom NEVER debited my account again, I tried in vain to get hold of Elite Mobile and then gave up. Months later a woman from Elite Mobile gt hold of me and I told her the story and specified that she email me and not phone me from Private Numbers as I get many such calls a week from Marketers. The Netbook and 3G modems are packed away in my cupboard, and am not interested to use them. I have been contacted by attorneys on Vodacom's behalf saying I owe in excess of R10000.00. Business with Vodacom again-NEVER!
