Hi everyone, I am greatly dissapointed with this company. August month I deposited money to their Nedbank account amounting 3200 rand, end of that month they debited 2000 rand and trying to debit another 1078 rand..it is clear that I paid them for that month how come they didn't update their system after I faxed the deposit slip, emailed it and sent it thru MMS? Its been a month now and I'm still waiting for a refund, they told me it will take 3-7days..once again after two weeks another consultant keeps bothering me to fax proof of payment over and over again... is there problem in communication in these so called "Telecommunication company"? Its clear that this Cell C is people's money, I am still waiting for my refund that they owe me that 2000 rand that they mistakenly debited since August..Hello Cell C, why you deducted another 1300 for this month when you did not return my money yet? I am sick and tired of your service, incompetent agents and slow action! I advise that everyone who deals with Cell C MUST CHECK your account a million times!
