I received an e-mail on 27 September advising me that I was due for an upgrade on one of my contracts. I called Vodacom to cancel the contract as I did not wish to upgrade. I was duly advised that I had already upgraded to some blackberry on the 25 September. I did not request this upgrade and am very curious as to who did.

Is this the way Vodacom keeps their clients on book, by upgrading them without their knowledge! I have other contracts with Vodacom which I will definitely be canceling as a result of this. I seriously question Vodacom's ethics.

Please can someone from Vodacom explain how something like this happens an assist in canceling my other contracts.
