My contract swapped with someone else

In 2011, my friend and I applied for the same contract with the same phone. RAM couriers delivered these packages. Got home and activated our sims and devices.

After 2 or 3 months, i noticed that no money is being taken from my account, tried to phone vodacom, but not one consultant could tell me what do do. Fed up with vodacom, i waited for them to call me. THEN... 2 Weeks ago i applied for financing for a car, only to be told that my credit score is bad, DUE TO VODACOM!
