UNABLE TO SUPPLY AS PER ADVERTS

On the 04/05/13 I was at a Vodacom store in KZN and wanted to do an upgrade on my phone. I got a pamplet from that store showing all the contracts available. The consultant advised me that I could take this contract out anywhere but since I was from JHB he said I should do it in JHB. On my return I went to the Vodacom keywest store on the 06/05/13 to have this done only to be told that that upgrade was cancelled and is not available. It was a Blackberry 9320 with a Web book. I then contacted Vodacom directly with regards to this and I received reference numbers for my complaint and to date I have not received any correspondence from Vodacom with regards to this. I also went back to the store requesting that they compensate me on that particular contract by reducing the monthly charges by the value of the Web book which I enquired to be /- R3000.00 which they were not prepared to do and Vodacom is still advertising the same contract at the same price excluding the Web book. Vodacom is misleading customers by placing adverts that they cannot honour and at the same time cannot compensate the customer for this. Vodacom just has a no care attitude towards customer and are deceiving.
