I really am starting to HATE vodacom! We have 2 contracts with them. One my husbands and one being mine. So contacting us and upgrading, my husband informed them that he will ONLY upgrade if it would be possible for me to take his phone as in his line of work the S4 would not work! The upgrades department swore high and low that it would be possible for us to switch contracts and still keep our numbers? When we finally received the phone which took a week we took it into the vodacom shop so they can do the sim switch. Vodacom Burgersfort informed us that this is not possible!! How can the same company give us 2 different stories? Honestly! The consumer act protects my right to cancel a contract or return a product within 7 days if I am not completely satisfied!!! I am NOT!!! This upgrade was led under false pretences!! I am not happy and I never wanna upgrade with vodacom again!! Now vodacom is being difficult! Our calls are recorded and we informed them on day 2, 3 and today day 4 that we are not satisfied and would like to return and cancel this upgrade! They refuse!! Remeber those calls are recorded for my benefit, I want to cancel this upgrade and when my intial contract was d
