CANCELLING 5 CONTRACTS - UPGRADE RESTRICTION

I have been a loyal Vodacom Client for over 6 years. I have 5 Contracts with Vodacom and an EXCELLENT Credit Score as per Transunion. I pay my account for the previous month within 5 working days of the new month which has never been advised is an issue with Vodacom, however on my Credit Report it indicates that I am 30 days in arrears for my Vodacom Payments. (I have only ever asked for an extension of payment once and this was due to out of my personal account, hence I could understand if this one month reflected as 30 days in arrears).

I went on the 4th of February to Vodaworld to upgrade on 3 of my contracts that are due for an upgrade, however the lady advise that Vodacom can't upgrade me as I don't have finance, I disputed this and she said she would log a call and get back to me today, when recontacting me, she advised that Vodacom said I should check with ITC, well as stated in my initial sentence, I have an EXCELLENT Credit Record.

I have never had issues with my Vodacom Upgrades, but it seems Vodacoms service is becoming more pathetic every day! I will be cancelling all 5 of my contracts with Vodacom on the 7th February on failure to resolve my issue.
