Yet again another amount has been taken from my account. Its now three months of queries and fighting to sort this problem out and still it seems nothing has been done to rectify my problems. I would like to know what the goes on at the accounts department of Vodacom? I take it they just sit there and money from people and don't give a! I cancelled my contract and paid the fee in January already, are you people that incompetent? I want my money back, and I want this nonsense to end. This is my third report about the same issue starting July and I have had enough! Vodacom are ing useless!
