There is not enough space here to explain how Vodacom is!!! Telesales agents are TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!! NO supervisors available at all!! NO follow up on my queries and problems!! I must have spoken to about 200 incompetent to try and sort out my account!! Wrong devices dispatched for delivery FOUR TIMES!! FAULTY DEVICE delivered and NOTHING was done to rectify it for more than a MONTH!!! After NUMEROUS phone calls to more incompetent people on the 0821950 number!! NO ONE bothered to try and sort it out. I was told the device and complaint was being investigated (numerous times) and THE DEVICE WAS STILL WITH ME!! HOW DID THEY WANT TO INVESTIGATE THE FAULT??? and STILL no supervisors or managers made any effort to try and follow up!!! I was charged for the total monthly cost, even though the device was faulty and numerous mess ups were made by VODACOM!! I told the incompetent i spoke to to make sure my money gets paid back into my BANK acc! Money still not paid in!!! Today I was told that it was credited to my vodacom acc!! I HAVE NO DESIRE TO HAVE A VODACOM ACC ANYMORE!! I TERMINATED IT!! Almost FOUR months of Vodacom INCOMPETENCY and bad service!!
