No Itemized billing/ statement for 3 months again!

MTN, seriously. This is the THIRD time complaining on Hello Peter about the same thing. Every time you fix the problem and then 6 months later its the same thing happens again. Why do you stop emailing me by statement and itemized billing? I refuse to allow any debit order to go off to you until I receive my statement! I don't understand, I get them after I complain on Hello Peter and then after 6 months, you stop sending them again?? FIX YOUR SYSTEM, this is tiring!

Again, I WILL NOT authorize a debit order for Jan 2013 service until I receive my statement, as a customer I have a right to know what I'm paying for. If this happens again, I'm going the CPA route.
