CELL C - THE WORST NETWORK PROVIDER AVAILABLE

Cell C has to be one of the worst and most unprofessional service providers ever!!!...In dec I had called in to activate sms roaming, however what the agent neglected to tell me is that they open roaming for data hence I got back to a bill of a R1600.00 due to data charges. But the frustartation has not only been in receiving this bill, but to actually resolve this query has been the the most PAINFUL thing I have had to endure, ...over 8 calls, and even spoke to a team leader and all the response you recive is that someone will get back to you in 48hrs, to this day that has not happened!!!..eventually on MY last call I have been told that the case is now closed as all the terms of roaming are on the website...!!! and that they are unable to send me my call record, it is for internal use only!!! how is it posiible to have a call centre, let clients speak to an agent and then be told that the info is on the website!!!..Cell C is one of the most shoddiest, poorly rated service provider I have ever worked with!!! Dont be fooled with cheaper rates, their service is appalling!!!
