Since November I have supposedly been receiving my statement by email. However the word statement reflects only the front page which is what I owe. I have been charged for 5 months for itemised billing and I receive 2 pages, the statement front and a debit order mandate. I have queried with MTN and as usual they are suffering from a backlog. The turn around time for my query could be anything from 6 days upwards. This is unacceptable
