I am struggeling from the beginning of the year to get my Credit Card statements in time, I have launched a complain about this before a few months ago. FNB phoned me asking would I like to receive my statements via E-mail, I did reply yes please, And I did ask that they must stop sending me that sms to state my balance but they still sms it to me. I went into the bank and ask them please stop sending me this sms'es I dont want it. Just send me this statements via E-mail. they sed it being changed on the system everything will be fine now. and again I receive that stupid sms that I dont want, and no email with my statement. I just phoned the call centre and did speak to the above mentioned person to ask what is the problem why dont I receive my statement she sed I must put in the last 8 digets of my card number followed by my pin number for asistance, to me that is, I only want to know where is my statement it is already the 11 day and still no statement, the consultatnt told me I will receive it round abouT on the 6 th day of every month. I an fedup with this poor service PLEASE HELP AND ENSURE I RECEIVE MY STATEMENT EVERY MONTH
