For three months I struggle to get my statement plus my itemized billing from vodacom via email. Every month I need to report this via hellopeter. People phone me back and told me they will do it right now. This month I am waiting for a week but the lady said to me she is busy doing it. I am a customer of you for 20 years I have always received my statement plus ITEMIZED BILLING VIA EMAIL. All of a sudden i need to report this every month. I dont know how many times I must tell you I need this to claim my calls from my employer therefor the itemized billing is needed. PLEASE FOR THE HUNDRETH TIME DONT PHONE MY WIFE SHE IS A CELLC CUSTOMER.
I also had report this on your web but without any response. I think you dont have qualified people to deal with this problem. I am really fed up with this service. I need a response urgently and I hope this will be sorted once and for all. You people get your payment via debitorder without sending me the account. How does that work. Are I not suppose to see what I owe you.
