Charging for a service and not repairing issues

Got a line put in latency so high cant do anything with it waste of time so slow take my money and not provide a service that i require costing me time and money... nobody has any idea hot to fix it so what to do telkom ball is in your court its not a service provider issue because i tested multiply accounts on it and all the same results
exceptional poor end of story not very good please fix it asap i need this for the dgl

speedtest results on a 2mg line are shocking
