I have been on the phone multiple times with your customer care. My first time on the phone i was promised a callback, never got the callback, called in and spoke to 3 agents about the same query and none could answer until l i escalated it to a senior who said the problem was lying with smartcall technology solutions. Got feedback from smartcall and called in regarding my issue, was then told that the issue was being escalated to their tech support and that i would get a callback the following day, again NO CALLBACK but a text saying that my query would be dealt with shortly and the reference number (s) is 3012401087 and 3012401090 it has now been 3 days that i havent recieved a callback and my query still ius unresolved after 2 WEEKS!!! the customer service and the ability to answer a question is terrible, i am very unhappy with the service and as you will notice the query regards MB data useage, at R0.15 per MB as stated by your website, i should be paying R123.45 R85.00 (smartcall technology sollutions charge). now where does the R516.80 come from, i refuse to pay that extra amount not only because its incorrectly charged but also because you cant provide service!!!
