2Meg ADSL line not working as suppose to be!

Since the beginning of December 2013 I had problems with my ADSL line (Account no. 025309). It was off for quite a few times. I believe it was mostly Telkom. The problem is that my line is, if it works, most of the time slow (0.4Meg dowload if I do a speedtest. So here is the issue. I pay for a 2Meg line and should receive 2Meg. It is not happening. You are my service provider and it is your responsibility to take care of the problem. I am not happy that both you and Telkom are playing the blame game. Somebody should do something about the problem. I am not suppose to phone Telkom and tell them that the dB's on my line is too high. Please start taking responsibility and sort the problem for once and for all out!! Thank you. Rian Grundling.

I must say that your techs are very helpful whenever I phone them but they should give it over to somebody that talks directly to Telkom and not escalating a fault every time because the Telkom tech that are send to my house does not listen to me at all.
