Calls were logged to callcentre advising telkom that our line is faulty. it is suppose to be one of telkoms best lines as this is what I pay for and we don't even get 0.31mbps from it. Technician was there, passing the call to some other division. A week later I receive a lovely sms from telkom it has been resolved, just to rerun a speedtest and achieve lower results. I expect telkom to resolve this immediately, and refund me for not offering me the service they claim to provide. What is the purpose of paying a price for high quality lines, and telkom delivering something just short of the capacity of anb old 56k modem?
