POOR SERVICE FROM MTN

I took out a contract in July 2013 for the Samsung S3 which included 200 free minutes, 200mb of data and 200 sms and 30min MTN to MTN calls, however the person that assisted me with my upgrade left me on my old contract which was the MTN 100 top. I have tried unsuccessfully to get this fixed. I received a telephone call from MTN saying that they can assist me but it will now cost me R329 per month as the special they were running in July 2013 is now over. That is R20 per month extra and I refused as MTN made the mistake so why should I be paying for it and my contract is now still on the Top up 100 but I am paying R309 per month which is a different contract.

I want the benefits of the contract that MTN is billing me for and at the price advertised when I initially took out the contract. This type of service is not acceptable.
