My husband renewed his contract a couple of months ago. I went with him when he went to renew his contract. He decided to take the Samsung Galaxy S4 and because he phones a lot, the sales consultant suggested that he upgrades his contract to a higher amount of Free minutes which he did as they had a special on that specific contract. I numerously asked the sales consultant whether he would be receiving the device for free on the contract and she guaranteed me that the device was free on that specific contract and that the contract came with 1gig free data as well. He is now paying R249 for the device extra per month and he is only receiving 199mb per month. We went to see another sales consultant which said that he was suppose to receive 600mb of data which is still less than he was told he would receive. This is not acceptable and we would like this sorted out ASAP and we want to be refunded for the extras that was paid for that we were not suppose to pay for.
