CELL C NOT RESPONDING

This is my third and last report to Cell C. No one is helping me with the contract that i did not take. I wrote a report and Sisa Flatela told me everything is fine. But now im being called by attoneys for money that i do not owe. PN told me He/she will resolve the issue. Till today nothing is happening.
