No feedback and not getting reports timeously

16.09.2013 @ 13:51 emailed a request for the itemised billing report (REF: EC-2H44-29M72B) received no report. 17.09.2013 @ 10:47 emailed same request (REF: EC-2H45-2QHRHO), received email back at 13:28 to request a copy of my ID which was sent back to them @ 13:30. Usually i get the report within 2 hours max. Received a report back at 16:52 only to see its the wrong month, emailed immediately (consultant: Lauren) to say its the wrong month, please send July usage. It is now 18.09.2013 and i still have not received the report.
got tel number for customer line from Accounts consultant (who has also been emailing Vodacom without success). Consultant Donald send Lauren message to please help me with the report as she was not at her desk (and still not at her desk 30 mins later). Spoke to two other consultants when phone got cut off. Got hold of Donald again who gave me Key accounts manager number - Lizelle vd Walt only to find the Vodacom line is unavailable due to technical difficulties. Got number for her Senior - Jaco Meyer - whose cellphone line was also unavailable. Is there anybody at Vodacom who can get me the billing report? Im at the point of closing the account.
