Have cancelled airtime subscription but stil payin

I have tried to phone and e-mail with no response as yet. I was asked to send my statements to show that after March 2013 i cancelled my airtime subscription but still every month getting it on my get account even this month September 2013 it is still on my account. All the operator could tell me is that they can see i cancelled it in march but could not resolve it. I want all the months i have payed for payed back to my Jet account as i have not received the airtime.
