My account with Vodacom was always paid in full with regular monthly invoice of approximately R250. During the month of April 2012 i received a invoice for R2, 055 and in May R2020 for data usage. After receiving the invoice i immediately requested a detailed usage report via e-mail and delivered the request by and at York street branch Hendrik and Salomi. The request was lost and I had to request the report again. After numerous requests I received a report indicating only tine spent with amounts billed. I could not verify if invoice was correct as it was not a detailed usage report. Mzwakhe Nkomo contacted me I explained and he promised to let me have the detailed usage report with no avail. I now received a sms informing me that a summons will now be issued. Please help.
