Request for an itemised billing

I have sent an email on the 13 November 2013 requesting my itemised billing for October 2013. On their response they promised to deliver the report in 48hrs, a few emails later I was informed that the network cannot provide me with the October report and was informed that I can only get the November report. A few emails later on the 5Decemver I was informed that there was no activity on my line for November therefore there is no itemised billing, I have been using my line all the time and I am now told stories like these.

A few more emails on the 6 December I was informed that MTN has confirmed that I will receive my itemised billing and it will be dispatched, A few emails later on the 11 December they claim to still not having received my itemised billing and that "They will send what they have received from MTN".

This simple request have been in motion for over a month and nothing has come out of it. I am now sick and tired of following this useless course and will have to find harsher measures to deal with this useless company.

The next complaint will be to MTN so that they are partnering with.
