New phone received, broke within 30 days.
Phoned client services, said we must take phone to branch in Parkview, Pretoria.
We had to wait according to them for a credit note, would take about 5 working days.
Handed in on 18/ 09/ 2013.
Still waiting for new phone after numerous phone calls.
Query escalated, but no reply from them.
