Contract changed without concent/incorrect billing

I have two contracts with vodacom. The one should have been upgraded and the other one migrated to another package. The one that should have been migrated, never was. The one that should have been upgraded was changed to a different package without my consent. For months I tried to get this problem solved by getting in touch with customer care and listening to them laughing at me over the phone in the background and also by entering the shop. It was finally fixed after about 4 months of struggling, and I was promised that I would be credited for the amount that I was wrongfully billed for as the mistake was on vodacom's side.. It is now 6 months later and still nothing has been payed to me. I also never received any sort of apology from vodacom.
