Canceling of an incorrect data contract

I was phoned in Sept '12 regarding a Data promotion deal where you get 1Gig data for R99. I have accepted the deal on the basis that its 1 gig data on my phone for R99 extra on my phone contract. This is however not the case, as the deal is for a USB Modem only and cannot use it on my phone. When the Modem and SIM Card arrived, I realised that I was sold something, which I originally thought to be something else. The next day I phoned to cancel this contract and they informed me that they will come and collect the Modem & SIM Card, which is still in their packaging, in the next 10 days. After 3 weeks nothing happened, so I went to Vodaworld, which phoned on my behalf to determine why the package was not yet collected. Apparently I was unavailable on my phone, but will come back to collect. Nothing happened for 5 months and now if I phone, they keep on indicating that the contract is already 5 months in and just giving me another number to phone. USB Modem and SIM Card is still in its packaging waiting for collection, but it seems that Vodacom just do not want to collect, as Vodacom gets R99 for Mahala each month! Please come and collect the package, so the deal can be cancelled
