I'm with vodacom for many years have 2 personal contracts and 16 prepaid sim cards that is used on security systems. Got insurance for up to R5000.00 per contract on 2 blackberry phones with 2 contracts, 1 contract upgraded and i was sent a Samsung galaxy pocket
My fiance's bag got with the phones i reported it, blocked everything to get the ball roling for insurance.
when it came to get the new phones no shop had stocked so i opted to get a other phone where i found i had to pay R1450.00 exess on a entry level blackberry 9320. Vodacom reduced my insurance but never changed the monthly fee for a smaller package
