I was contacted by a buy to upgrade my contract. I asked the person if I could down-grade my existing contract and he said yes. He offered me a Samsung Galaxy S3 on a R189 contract p/m. I said yes. We
arranged for delivery at my home address a view days later. When I received the phone my husband opened the phone and saw that I received the Samsung Fame phone and not what we agreed on. I called the call centre and reported this the next day and the lady said they would investigate the matter and give me feedback in 7 to 14 working days. Its been 3 weeks now and no feedback. I want the phone that was explained to me I would get!!
