I upgraded my phone online / using the call centre. Vodacom delivered the WRONG PHONE.

After many, MANY calls to Vodacom's call centre and being sent from pillar to post, I was still none the wiser as to when the correct phone would be delivered.

Finally, Vodacom resorted to giving me a LANDLINE number to call, which - inevitably - only went to voicemail. After leaving 4 messages, I gave up.

Then, I started emailing ANGELIN NKOSI and MUMSIE COETZEE in a vain attempt to resolve this matter. FOUR emails later and I have yet to even receive a courtesy email in return.

In the meantime, Vodacom went ahead and upgraded my contract, CONTRARY TO MY EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS.

So, we are now at the point where Vodacom is in breach of contract and I no longer want to do business with Vodacom - now or ever again.

I have thus requested that Vodacom, which is still in breach of contract, PLEASE collects ITS telephone from me, as it is not insured and I am NOT responsible for any damage//loss.

In addition, Vodacom must please migrate me BACK to my original Talk 500S package, so I can wait for its expiry before I migrate to a new SP.
