Two weeks and still nothing

I'm right back where we've started. Still with a consultant that gave me the incorrect information regarding my package. Now all of you are giving me the run around and turning you poorly trained consultants mistakes into my problem. Now my contract can't be amended even after I said I will pay in the difference which in-fact I legally should not be held accountable for. I was told that if I canceled this contract that a new and correct package will be delivered upon collection then the consultant that contacted me last night said that cannot be done again incorrect information was given and this from the escalation team?! Donovan from some or other management had told me that Victor is a new staff member and had apologised for the mistakes made by his consultant. Which is evident enough that this is a mistake on Vodacom's side, yet now me being the consumer is being held accountable for this and it's now becoming my problem. This is totally unacceptable and I do not appreciate it at all!

I refuse to be a victim of ill trained staff. Is this now what Vodacom represents "we take your money and you get bad or no service".!!?
