Vodacom's staff have NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. This is concerning considering people are signing financial contracts for a minimum of 2 years and being misled with the incorrect information - This is in breach of contract as one is not correctly informed of what the package entails prior to signing the contract and even when you question them, they reassure you with the incorrect information. I am FAIS compliant and I am stunned at the information or lack thereof that is provided to you on signing a contract - I will be reporting this to the Financial Services Board as well. There isn't enough space in this comment section to type out what has happened to me. I have literally been to and messed around for 6 months!!! And I'm still trying to fix this mess!! I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for a number of years now and I am so tired of feeling angry and frustrated when dealing with them. Its no wonder the other networks are doing so well... Perhaps its time for a change?
