Outage in Westbrook again yesterday

So for the 14th time in 2 years, our signal went down in Westbrook Beach again yesterday. I had to call Vodacom on my telkom line which costs me money (and i cant get a refund) to report it again. I get asked the same questions time after time and time after time I am told someone will get back to me. Well - no one bothers. I ask the Call Centre agents whether I the customer and you vodacom have a contract - yes - and what happens is I dont hold up my side of the contract- they disconnect your service they tell me - and what happens if Vodacom 14 times in the past 2 years has not held up their side of the contract - silence... so once again I am held to ransom by a telecomms giant who doesnt give a hoot about their existing customers but want to flaunt about 4g and lte - I have to settle for 3g not edge not gprs 3g.. If I could get out of my contract today I would but unfortunately even though Vodacom have broken our contract, I am still legally liable for the rest of my contract period. I am going to the CPF because I have exhausted all avenues in Vodacom As I mention to the Vodacom call centre staff - I work from home - my Ipad, laptop and phone are all on vodacom :(
