I requested my contract to be canceled as of today 20Jan2014. I sent ALL my correct details along with a cancellation letter to the customer services department. I was requested to submit authentication information which I submitted correctly! Nassar (a consultant) stated my info was incorrect and to supply a contact number.

I sent all the correct details and my contact number as well

Why are Vodacom's consultants incompetent and waste customers time?

Process the cancellation immediately or I will escalate this further!!!

This is my final contract with Vodacom and I am glad I do not have to deal with your untrained staff!
