No feedback and No delivery of items

Good day

On the 10th of August 2013 I upgraded my contract and took out an additional contract. Both deals had additional items attached to them (car charger and Bluetooth headset). On the day of the transaction I was advised that there was no stock in store of the additional items and the consultant would arrange to have same delivered to my home address. As I am not from the province I requested deliveries to be made to the Vodashop in Pavilion and Vodashop Vodaworld (as one of the additional sets of items was to be sent to my mother for her contract). I was assured this was not an issue - the consultants manager was on hand when same was promised to me and did not have an issue with this. I have not received either of the sets of promotional items as promised. Further I have not received feedback from the store/consultant/manager in this regard. It is now over a month since the transaction - and I have called 3times with no returned call back and I have also emailed Vodacom and not received a call/response. This behavior is extremely disappointing as it would appear that as soon as the deal is signed customer service flies out the window. Please can someone attend to this.
