Failure to deliver since AUGUST 2013

My previous HelloPeter complaint refers where I advised you of the Vodashop Gateways failure to deliver additional items as stipulated in the two contracts that I took out.

Further to that the numerous calls between your representative and myself where I was promised that this matter would be resolved refers.

Please advise whether it would prefer that I return your phones and cancel the contracts as you have clearly FAILED to deliver as promised.

Your lack of customer service is appalling Vodashop Gateway and the fact that Vodacom condones this sort of behavior is so much more disappointing.
