Empty promises from branch manager to complaints d

On 17/02/13 I bought a lounge set from Parklands store the items was promised to be delivered on 20th on 21st I went to the store and asked for the manager. Spoke to Kevin who promised that the goods will be delivered the same day.22nd a driver called to say that he will be delivering the items. I then called Kevin who did not say y the goods was not delivered the day before. On 25th I went again to the store spoke to Kevin to complain that the lounge squeaks when seated on. He promised to replaced. Nothing until 18/03 I went into the store and spoke to the branch manager who promised to replaced on 19th nothing happened again until 25th I then complaint to the complaints dept. received a mail from Margrett hills who said that it will be sorted out. Kevin called to say that they will change the items the driver only came on 27th collected them to take them to suppliers and returned with a new set at 14oo but the items was not scotch garded I then called Kevin who said he will call back. Still nothing happened I called him to say that he must arrange for it to be done at home he said that it will be done at 15.00 complaint was report online but no follow up I must always call her still n
