Items never delivered but paid for in full

I have purchased over R30 000 worth of furniture items from @Home the delivery arranged for the items was the 1st of November 2013, all items were fully paid for and we were ensured that the items were set aside and will all be delivered. On the delivery day two pedestals were not delivered when we contacted the DC they said they were out of stock, however Melrose Arch store ensured us that there was stock, upon further investigation, numerous e-mails and calls to the DC and Melrose Arch I dealt with Shuveny who decided to resolve the issue, and sourced the items, I was then promised that the items will be delivered on 22 Nov, after arranging for someone to be at home and incurring additional expenses, @Home failed yet again and did not even contact me to let me know that were not able to deliver. This is the epitome of bad customer service, I am absolutely frustrated as they were quick to take payment but cannot deliver the items. They are unreliable and continue to about the items. The customer service is pathetic, I would NEVER recommend them and would use a more reliable store, with @home you are guaranteed to be a frustrated robbed customer.
