I was called beginning of December 2012 and offered a free cell phone and with this I will pay an additional R69 per month on my contract and receive additional free minutes and sms's. When phoning to check my talk time balance on the 1st of the month, there were no additional minutes and on calling customer care they told me it was an additional contract which I had taken out. The information given to me by the rewards consultant was very misleading, there is no way I required an additional contract with a second number. As far as I was aware, the additional R69 was added to my current contract. I think this is shocking, and extremely disappointed in Vodacom. Guess it's time to switch to another service provider. I want the 2nd contract cancelled with immediate effect and the additional monies re-imbursed to me immediately. The least I would have expected from Vodacom is to have competent and professional consultants working for them. Lets see what Vodacom has to say
