Falling for false advertisement and promises of delivery I ordered all the children's christmas presents from Kalahari. All items were shown as in stock. I red through the delivery conditions and processed the sale to see if it will be done before xmas. I ordered two sets of 4 toys. You need all four to complete the set. I paid and received confirmation from Kalahari together with a delivery date for the 18th of December. On the 15th I received an email apologizing that two items have to be sourced and will not make the delivery date. This was a sunday and the monday a public holiday so I could not contact Kalahari. On the 17th I contacted them to find out when the outstanding items will arrive. After a very long phone call, I was informed that three of the items in the set of four will be delivered, but that they might have to cancel the other one because they can not source it. I purchased and received acknowledgement thereof, two full sets of four. I do not want incomplete sets that I can not complete!! The lady can not assist me at all and can only say how sorry she is. I can not accept the half sets that will arrive tomorrow and she cant guarantee a refund!! What can I do?
