June of 2013 I purchased not 1 but 3 items from WICOUNT. Delivery to happen within 14days to my door.3 Weeks later I call the Wicount to enquire about my parcels, I was told I would received them the following week. I made sure I was home for the delivery. That never happened!! Thus me calling Wicount only to be told that I would have to collect my items from the post office in 2more days, following a tracking #. I was sent a tracking # for another clients items. Thus me calling Dube at Wicount again!! Who told me the items will now be delivered to my door. A week later, I received only ONE of my purchased items. I called Dube @Wicount AGAIN for OUTSTANDING items. I was too then put into contact with the owner responsible for my items bought - Charmain. She promised to have the OUTSANDING delivered on 4th-5th July. Which too never happened, she would not take my calls on said day!! Thus me called Dube @ Wicount AGAIN!! Who promised to revert back to me before COD that Day! Till now NOTHING. I have sent a number of emails ot WICOUNT regarding this matter, they have blatantly ignored my emails with NO feedback or resolution at all!! Still WAITING!!! ITS NOW THE 5TH OF AUGUST!!! DISGUSTING!!!
